Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • All charges will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use this ID to track your package on our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across most locations in India through trusted courier partners.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delayed or Missed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time:

  • Check your tracking details for updates.
  • Contact our customer support team at info@bactiveda.com with your order ID.
    We’ll assist you in resolving any delay or delivery issue promptly.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete:

  • Do not accept the package, or take photos of the issue immediately.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@bactiveda.com.
    We will verify and send a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Change of Address

If you wish to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
